Ladies, I’ve drafted a letter to your husbands-to-be. Feel free to copy and paste it.
Dear sweet, wonderful, amazing, perfect Future Husband,
Isn’t this Adriana Carador ring gorgeous? I saw it on her web site along with all kinds of beautiful jewelry that I would love to have some day. To find one of her pieces under the tree on Christmas morning would be a dream come true! For instance, if you got me this ring I could wear it to all our pre-wedding events, and it could even serve as my “something blue” for the big day. It would look soooo pretty on my finger. And don’t stress out just because the line isn’t sold at any stores in Dallas because you can simply click the “contact us” button on her web site and email them to make a purchase. Super easy, right? So give it some thought. No pressure. Just wanted to let you know how much I love her jewelry in case you were wondering what to get me for Christmas (or my birthday, or Valentine’s day, or our future anniversaries, etc.). But, really. I”ll be happy with whatever you get me. Really. I will. Really. Unless it’s a power tool. If that’s your plan you better re-think it. I’m just saying…
Love forever and ever,
Your loyal, loving, supportive, fun, sexy future wife

Thank goodness the rain slowed down a bit and the temperatures were a little higher on Day 3. Plus, it was Monday and since most people were at work, catching a cab was a lot easier. I went to six shows and appointments that day and by the end of market, I had noticed several emerging trends in wedding gown design. Here are a few of the most common:

This lovely Allure Couture gown normally costs $1,125 but you can get it for only $899 at Terry Costa’s bridal sample sale. From now through August 16 wedding dresses and accessories are up to 50% off. Go sooner rather than later for the best selection.
So we threw my mom a surprise party for her 50th birthday. We—dad, sister, and I—are serious procrastinators. Last minute we realize that invitations probably should have gone out a week before, so I get on the phone with Extravaganza in Flower Mound (who did my high school grad notes, weird family newsletters, holiday photos, college graduation announcements, grad party invitations, professional thank you notes, etc.) With the serious help of the friendly and supportive staff, I managed to choose a design—a beautiful one I should add—send in my request for the text, okay the proofs, and pick up the final product in a matter of four total business days without stepping foot in the store. (Except to pick up the invites, of course.) Extravaganza is amazing. And you won’t be disappointed in the final result. They carry quality invitation and stationery lines, including Birchcraft, Paper Duvet, Crane, Paper Orchid, and Cross My Heart with tons of designs in-store to look at.
I didn’t have to spend time in the store because I trust Extravaganza implicitly, but you may want to so you can take home a delicious Tyler Candle or personalized note set. This could definitely be your one-stop shop for engagement party announcements, save-the-dates, wedding invites, and thank yous. Get contact info here.
