“I wish I had called and confirmed the transportation vendors a day or two before the wedding. About a month before, we had arranged to have a company pick up some family friends and bring them to the wedding. The day of the ceremony, the company claimed they could not find the address even though we had a confirmation e-mail saying they had all of the information.
I also wish I would have slowed down, relaxed, and taken in the day more. It goes by so fast, it was almost like a blur.”
Great advice. I’ve helped with a wedding where the groom’s family missed the entire ceremony and half the reception. Needless to say the groom was angry. Not a good situation.
